We determine all damage pertaining to the loss, advise of any potential concerns, provide an initial budget for reserve purposes, and follow up with a detailed estimate to rebuild with numbers we stand behind.

• Project Schedules | We establish the critical path and develop a schedule to determine the most effective direction to limit business interruption exposure.
• Estimating Services | Each loss is unique, so Hexagon takes into account all means and methods to develop a repair estimate suited for every occurrence. We closely review proposals and estimates to verify pricing is fair and reasonable. We utilize multiple industry-recognized estimating platforms, as well as hard bids to formulate an estimate. As a general contractor, we also have the ability to qualify subcontractors to develop a bid package for bidding purposes.
• ACV & Depreciation Schedules | We confirm the building age, usage, and life expectancy on a per-trade basis to best determine ACV (actual cash values).
• Mitigation Consulting | We determine the most effective repair method by means of moisture mapping of the affected areas along with a detailed report of findings, including moisture content, relative humidity, and ambient conditions. In utilizing this service, we can best determine a scope of repairs and estimate the repair costs.
